Neither of the teams heading into Friday night’s meeting between Apalachee High School and Clarke Central are having the seasons they hoped for.  The Wildcats are still miring in a 14-game losing streak while Clarke Central, a team some figured to be the favorite in Region 8-AAAAA with a Division I running back in the stables and experienced players all across the board, is struggling to maintain a playoff spot after starting the first four games of the season with three losses.
