Johnny Gregory of Madison, N.C. and workers began on Friday disassembling the Winder Pavilion. Gregory said he expects the process to take a couple of weeks. The pavilion will be rebuilt on Gregory’s 146 acres Healthful Living Organic Farm where he grows organic crops such as vegetables, fruit and medicinal and culinary herbs. The city of Winder sold the pavilion as it makes way for a new one. Gregory thanked the city of Winder for allowing him to recycle the structure.
