Candles lit for cure of cancer and life BRASELTON — Countdowns, peach drops and champagne may have dominated last week’s New Year’s celebrations, but several local Relay for Life team members celebrated the beginning of 2009 by renewing their vow to find a cure for cancer.

Hunters night out Prince Avenue Baptist Church will host a "Hunters Night Out," on their Bogart campus, Jan. 19, 2009. The guest speaker for the evening will be Jon Paul Moody with Harvest Outdoors Ministry. A modern-day sportsman and award winning wild game caller, Jon Paul Moody and his ministry partner Rusty Farmer use hunting and the outdoors as a platform to reach people with the Gospel. |
