It’s business as usual as gas wars fizzle in Winder Just three weeks following a string of gas wars in Winder, stations seem to be back to business as usual, including the Shell station on Midland Ave., where owners Mark Mahmud and Nick Rahman claimed less than a month ago that their station would continue to offer the lowest prices in Winder. "We will ... sell at the lowest prices," said Rahman, "from here on out." |
