Washer, 21, who resides in Bethlehem, was involved in an argument with Filyaw at his residence and as she was backing out of his driveway, he claims she backed over his feet.
He yelled towards Washer to try to get her attention, but she never responded and fled the scene.
No arrests were made.
Auburn police also responded to the following incidents:
Rosa Maria Ramirez, 29, of Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with Driving without a license and driving with an expired tag.
Florin Cole Clifton, 19, of Lawrenceville was arrested and charged with one count disorderly conduct, one count underage possession of alcohol and one count public drunkenness after Auburn police received an anonymous call from a neighbor who complained that two male subjects were beating on the door of a house and screaming profanities.
Police were dispatched to 316 Carter Road after an employee of the Water Department discovered that a lock had been forced off a meter and 733 gallons of water was stolen. A report was filed in order for the city to impose fines and seek civil restitution.
A burglary, forced entry complaint on Nov. 3 at 76 Pool Circle.
A runaway/missing person complaint
Patrick Hilton Edwards, 21, was transported to Gwinnett County Jail following a warrant arrest.
A Damage to property report at 1630 Saddlecreek Court.
A white trailer valued at $8,000 was reported stolen from 132 John’s Bluff on Nov. 6.
Lenroy Nelson Smith III, 22, and Anthony Antonio Davis Jr., 24, both of Auburn, were each charged with one count discharging firearms, air guns, slingshots or similar weapons within city limits after shooting paintball guns at one another and hitting a van and a home.
Jack Edward Curtis, 28, of Auburn, was arrested and charged with one count battery and one count disorderly conduct after police were dispatched to the residence in regards to a fight in progress between Curtis and his mother, Andrea Kay Dwyer.
A damage to city vehicle report after Cpl. Jason Lynch struck a small animal, thought to be a turtle on Myrtle Street, causing a previous crack in the bumper of a 2007 Chevrolet Impala police vehicle valued at $20,000.
