Antonio Eugene Shepard, 43, was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking after Auburn police were dispatched to Cheyenne Way when a call came in about a domestic dispute where the offender yielded a knife to the victim.

Upon arrival the victim, Mary Alice Shepard, stated that there was no one at the residence and that she had not called the police. Shepard did say that her husband, Antonio, had left the residence prior to their arrival, to go to work.

Mrs. Shepard said when her husband arrived she told him that there was a no contact bond from a judge and that he should not be there. After a short time, she did allow him in the house.

Police then went to Antonio Shepard’s place of employment and arrested him with the charge of aggravated stalking while in violation of a no contact bond. Shepard was transported to Barrow County Jail where he was released with no further incident.
