County Line’s annual Golf Tournament honoring Maria Lay, an educator in Barrow County who lost her battle to cancer, is just around the corner.

The Maria Sims Lay Memorial Golf Tournament, hosted by County Line Elementary School to benefit the American Cancer Society, will be Saturday, April 10, with a 9 a.m. tee time at Chateau Elan’s Chateau Course.

Check in between 7:30-8:45 a.m. with range balls and practice areas available.

It’s a four-player scramble with a shotgun start with fun, food and prizes at the awards reception following the tournament.

Team registration is $400 per foursome with individual registration at $125.
