Barry and Millie Duncan of Winder announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Latasha Blake, to Joshua Randall Carter, son of John and Stacey Sisk of Gainesville and Randy and Sandra Carter of Watkinsville.

The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Larry Blake and the granddaughter of Bud and Jane Kitchens of Jefferson and Barbara and Sam Bertolo of Duluth. She graduated with distinction from Apalachee High School in 2009 where she was in the women’s chorus. She is employed by Ingles of Winder.

The future groom is the grandson of Floyd and Carol Tiller of Winder, Mike and Brenda Patrick of Danielsville and the late Jack and Pat Carter. He graduated with distinction from Winder-Barrow High School in 2006 where he was in FFA. He is employed by CC Dickson of Athens.

The couple plan their wedding for Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church in Winder with the reception planned for the Winder Community Center. Invitations will be sent.
