Trained volunteer counselors with AARP TaxAide are now helping low- to moderate-income taxpayers complete State and Federal Income Tax Returns two days a week in Room 125 at the Barrow County Leisure Services Center in Winder. AARP TaxAide is being offered each Monday and Tuesday through April 13 from 9 a.m. to noon.
