The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested more than a dozen people in the span of a week in relation to domestic abuse or violence, including sexual assault.
One man in particular is facing a slew of charges, Rodolfo Rene Estrada of Bethlehem.
Estrada was arrested on June 15 and charged with multiple counts of sexually-based family violence crimes.
The charges he faces include aggravated sexual battery FV, two counts of child molestation FV, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation FV, sexual battery FV, cruelty to children in the first degree FV, two counts of aggravated sodomy FV and aggravated child molestation.
In other sentencings Barrow County deputies arrested and charged the following people with domestic-related charges:
Antwon Untez Calles, Warner Robins, was arrested and charged with battery and cruelty to children
David Lamar Carter, Statham, was arrested and charged with battery Family Violence (FV), simple battery FV and Cruelty to children FV
Jesus Garcia Mariaca, Bethlehem, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault FV, battery FVA, three counts of cruelty to children in the third degree FV and simple assault FVA
Brandon David McDaniel, Winder, was arrested and charged with battery FVA
Waylon Cory Miesell, Winder, was arrested and charged with simple assault FVA
Kalie Danielle Tomol, Winder, was arrested and charged with simple battery FV and battery FV
William Adam Vallier, Auburn, was arrested and charged with battery FV and interference with a 911 call
Robert Veit, Dacula, was arrested and charged with simple assault FVA, criminal trespass and simple battery
David Jacob Yackman, Winder, was arrested and charged with battery FV, criminal trespass FV, first-degree cruelty to children FV and cruelty to children in the third degree
Calvin Eugene Favors Jr., Winder, was arrested and charged with battery FVA, cruelty to children in the third degree and cruelty to children in the third degree FVA
Sandy Lee George, Statham, was arrested and charged with battery FV
Margaret Louise Jimenez, Bethlehem, was arrested and charged with battery FV and cruelty to children in the first degree FV
