The traffic signal at the intersection of Carl-Bethlehem Road, Hoyt King Road and Haymon-Morris Road is scheduled to begin flash operation beginning Wednesday, June 24, and then go to full operation Monday, June 29, according to County Engineer Darrell Greeson.
