To the Editor:
On behalf of Winder Moose Lodge #262 I would like to thank everyone involved for their help with the Spencer Yebra Benefit. It was truly a blessing to see and to be a part of.
To begin with, I can not thank our Women’s Chapter enough for your time and efforts. Your help was a major reason we were so successful.
I would also like to thank all of those whose contributions helped make this event so successful. They include Alcovy Sign Professionals, Angel Food Ministries, Atlanta Bread Company, The Barrow County Sheriff’s Department, Theresa Kenerly, Community Bank and Trust, Community Health Care, The Happy Hooker, Leather Creations, Mailsort, Inc., Milton PFG, Publix Hamilton Mill, Ray’s Pizza, Roll-Off Systems, Schwan’s, and Thunder & Lightning Sound & Lighting Reinforcement.
Many thanks go to Sunset East, T J and Richard, The Daniel Lee Band, The Blue Monkeys, Jim & Chris, The Marty Ford Band, Blue Rhythm Band, and Ron Kimble for donating your time and your talents to our cause. I would highly recommend you consider these artists when planning your next musical event.
We could not have been as successful without our many raffle sponsors. We raffled off over 90 donated items with a value of well over $10,000. Thank you very much for you contribution to our cause.Finally, a huge THANK YOU to every person or business that contributed you hard earned cash. Every penny is needed and very much appreciated. In these difficult times it is sometimes easy to say "I’m sorry, but I can not help at this time," but help you did. By your generosity we have raised nearly $14,000 to help with the many uncovered expenses that will be incurred in Spencer’s care and rehabilitation.
