Some Barrow County teens are behind bars after Barrow County Sheriff’s Deputies received an anonymous tip that the juveniles were in the woods partying.

On May 9, deputies were dispatched to a vacant lot at the corner of Harrison Mill Road and Gifton Thomas Road, after the tipster told authorities he had seen four vehicles pull onto the property and numerous people get out and walk towards the woods.

When deputies arrived, the teenagers were coming out of the woods. The police report indicates that the teens had a strong smell of alcohol on them, so deputies administered a portable breathalyzer on them, discovering that seven of the subjects indicated the presence of alcohol.

Three of them were found to be juveniles.

Deputies contacted the juveniles’ parents to come pick them up and six others were placed under arrest on criminal trespass and possession of alcohol by a minor charges.

Among those arrested were Adam Scott Boggus, 19, of Winder; Zachary Tyler Gober, 17, of Bethlehem; Jon Dylan Ferguson, 17, of Winder; Jonathan Lee Kennedy, 17, of Winder; Zachary James Adams,18, of Auburn; and Dustin Michael Cleveland, 19, of Bethlehem.

Deputies also discovered two 36-packs of beer along with two 24-packs and a bunch of empty cans in the woods.

Deputies also made the following arrests:

Mathew Patrick Anderson, Dacula, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm or knife while trying to commit a crime and V.G.C.S. charges.

Mackenzie Brown, Statham, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Richard Lee Brown, Sparta, was arrested and charged with failure to appear and two violation of probation charges.

Craig Eugene Cain, Winder, was arrested and charged with obstruction and giving false information.

Quinn Stephan Cain, Atlanta, was arrested and charged with first-degree forgery and theft by receiving stolen property.

Justin Michael Coleman, Winder, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Dennis Wendell Collins, Bethlehem, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, a seatbelt violation, possession of cocaine and open container.

Gilbert Charles Colunga, Auburn, was arrested and charged with battery family violence, two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree and battery against a pregnant female.

Anthony Antonio Davis Jr., College Park, was arrested and charged with two counts of cruelty to children in the first degree.

Jeremy Jermaine Desvignew, Marietta, was arrested and charged with trafficking cocaine, illegal drugs or marijuana.

Emilia Perez Duran, Gillsville, was arrested and charged with burglary

Lincoln Greg Fraser, Winder, was arrested and charged with possession of a drug related object, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of cocaine with intent, possession of marijuana with intent and cultivating marijuana.

Javier Galvan, Gillsville, was arrested and charged with burglary.

Porfirio Garciagalcia, Marietta, was arrested and charged with traffic in cocaine, illegal drugs or marijuana.

Ashley Camile Gibson, Marietta, was arrested and charged with traffic in cocaine, illegal drugs or marijuana.

Jason Lee Goss was charged with a violation of probation.

Warner Tyrone Grady Jr, Austell, was arrested and charged with traffic in cocaine.

Dana Jo Hanson, Jefferson, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.

Jordie Hayes, Winder, was arrested and charged with three counts of violation of probation.

Rodney Gene Hopkins, Bethlehem, was arrested and charged with sexual battery.

Kantravious Jeremy Johnson, Winder, was arrested and charged with violation of probation, sale of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute.

Michael Aleksander Karlowicz, Winder, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
