Arrests:

Johnathan Whitney Spiecha, Winder, was arrested and charged with shoplifting

Junior Ordonez, Winder, was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and speeding

Leo Duffy Thomas, Philadelphia, was arrested and charged with battery and cruelty to children in the 3rd degree after allegedly hitting his girlfriend in the face and shooting her with an air gun

Nestor Hernandez, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with DUI, speeding, reckless driving, no driver’s license and failure to maintain lane

Corey Mcclo Tanner, Winder, was arrested and charged with obstruction

Tammy Michelle Hawkins, Winder, was arrested and charged with battery/family violence

Jeremy Shaver Sims, Atlanta, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property and giving false statements

Bobby Gene McDaniel, Winder, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property

Todd Timothy Caywood, Winder, was arrested and charged with criminal interference, disorderly conduct, alcoholic beverage under the age of 21, obstruction and simple assault

Joseph Ryan Ogletree, Jefferson, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving on the wrong side of the road

Jerry Edward Wells, Winder, was arrested and charged with interfering with an emergency call

Robert Charles Jacob, Bethlehem, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana

Catina Ladonna Nix, 17, of Talmo, was arrested and charged with shoplifting

Jeremy Scott Johnson, Jefferson, was arrested and charged with giving a false name to officers, speeding and driving with a suspended license

Morry Yusuf Kenneth, Winder, was arrested and charged with public indecency after allegedly walking down Jessica Court and exposing himself

Loryne Brook Shepley, Statham, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance, following too closely and duty to stop at the scene of an accident

Lonnie Edward Jones, Statham, was arrested and charged with manufacturing marijuana, trafficking, possession with intent to distribute and possession charges

Kandie Breaux, Monroe, was arrested and charged with DUI/drugs

James Jerry McDaniel, Winder, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery, rape, battery/simple battery family violence, harassing phone calls and terroristic threats and acts

Heather Doyle, Winder, was arrested and charged with DUI

Robin Johnson Deal, Winder, was arrested and charged with DUI/drugs

Racquel Gloria Singleton, Bethlehem, was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of duty to stop at the scene of an accident

Linda Jean Potts, Buford, was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine

Kevin Richard McDougal, Hoschton, was arrested and charged with VGCSA.

Simon Santos Bautista, Duluth, was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed

Cornelio Villanueva, Athens, was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and failure to maintain lane

John David Thornton, Winder, was arrested and charged with possession and a warrant charge

Ann Ruby Birt, Monroe, was arrested and charged with buying/possession and giving false information to police charges

Ivane Iheoma Ahazie, Auburn, was arrested and charged with shoplifting

Vanessa Jean Fox, Loganville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana

Johnny Dwayne Kitchens, Winder, was arrested and charged with manufacturing drugs charges, VGCSA and obstruction

Matthew Faulkner, Winder, was arrested and charged with DUI, too fast for conditions and open container

Warrants:

A warrant for the arrest of Richard Allen Stockton, Jefferson, for five counts of failure to stop at a stop sign, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, reckless driving, driving while license suspended, aggressive driving, failure to obey a traffic control device, failure to maintain lane, driving on the wrong side of the road, speeding and central lane for turning
