Barrow County Superior Court records include sentences recently handed down by Superior Court Judges:
Ivan D. Boykins plead guilty to burglary charges and was sentenced to nine months to serve with credit for time served and nine years, three months probation. Boykins was also ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and $300 restitution.
Keith Charles Vonlinsowe plead guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $750 fine.
Brian Keith McElory plead guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $300 fine.
Benjamin Reed Hewatt plead guity to criminal trespass and theft by taking and was sentenced to 12 months probation and 12 months probation, 12 months community service, two fines of $500 and was ordered to stay away from 152 W. May Street. Hewatt also plead guilty to shoplifting charges in a separate sentencing and was sentenced to 12 months community service concurrent to above case and a $500 fine.
Shannon Hope Nolan plead guilty to DUI and nolo contendere to failure to report accident and failure to maintain lane charges and was sentenced to 24 hours jail time with credit for time served at arrest, 12 months probation, 12 months community service and 12 months community service concurrent. Nolan was ordered to pay three fines equalling $2,150 and to attend DUI school. Nolan was cleared of open container charges.
Bethel Lamont Johnson plead guilty to criminal trespass charges and was cleared of simple assault charges. Johnson was sentenced to 12 months probation, no contact with victim and a $500 fine.
Darryl Harrison Long was found guilty of false report of a crime and was cleared of unlawful conduct during a 911 call. Long was sentenced to 12 months probation concurrent to another sentencing in which Long plead guilty of loitering and prowling and was sentenced to 12 months community service to a current probation case and was ordered to have no contact with the victim and pay two fines of $500.
Chang Kelley Her plead guilty to 10 counts, three counts of battery, two counts of simple battery and five counts of cruelty to children in the 3rd degree. Her was cleared of aggravated assault, cruelty to children in the 1st degree and two counts of terroristic threats. Her was sentenced to 12 months probation for count five, 12 months community service for count six, 12 months community service for count 7, 12 months probation for count eight, 12 months community service for count nine, 12 months concurrent for count 10, 12 months concurrent for count 11, 12 months concurrent for count 12, 12 months concurrent for count 13 and 12 months concurrent for count 14. Her was also ordered to pay three $500 fines.
Jeremy Rhodes plead guilty to battery, simple battery and contributing to the delinquincy of a minor charges and was sentenced to 24 months probation and 12 months community service. Rhodes was also ordered to pay $1,500 in fines and have no contact with the victim.
Bryan Keith Bright plead guilty to habitual violator misdemeanor and operating an unsafe vehicle charges and was cleared of improper stopping on roadway and no tag charges. Bright was sentenced to 12 months probation with credit for time served and 12 months customer service. Bright was also ordered to pay two fines totaling $1,500.
Michael Lylea plead guilty to battery charges and was cleared of cruelty to children in the 3rd degree. Lylea was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine.
Amanda Jo McCarty plead no contendere to no proof of insurance and was cleared of theft by receiving stolen property charges. McCarty was sentenced to 12 months probation with probation to be terminated upon payment of $425.
Jonathan William Kohler plead guilty to battery, simple battery and reckless conduct charges and was cleared of one count battery and cruelty to children charges. Kohler was sentenced to 12 months, 12 months concurrent and 12 months community service and to pay three $500 fines.
Michael Harper plead guilty to child abandonment and was sentenced to 12 months probation, to stay current on child support and comply with all child support orders.
Michael Clark plead guilty to disorderly conduct and nolo contender to reckless driving, conditional discharge and criminal trespass charges. Clark was sentenced to 12 months probation, 12 months community service, six months concurrent and 21 months concurrent. Clark was also ordered to complete alcohol and drug treatment and upon completion probation will be non-reporting. Clark was also fined a total of $1,450 in fees.
Kimberly Carol Hammond plead guilty to reckless driving and a stop sign violation and merged a weaving over roadway charge. Hammond was sentenced to 24 months probation, alcohol and drug treatment and two fines totaling $800.
Rebecca Wilkes plead guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to six years probation, restitution fees equaling $1,500 and one year will be suspended upon state-approved in-patient rehab program.
Daniel Underwood plead guilty to two counts of theft by receiving stolen property and was cleared of burglary charges. Underwood was sentenced to 12 months probation, 12 months concurrent to a separate sentencing in which Underwood negotiated a plea on theft by taking charges and was cleared of criminal damage to property and criminal trespass charges. In that sentencing Underwood received 10 years probation and restitution fees equaling $1,600. Other conditions include suspension upon six months work release MRT classes.
Christopher Warren Eck plead guilty to false imprisonments and battery charges and was sentenced to five years and 12 months concurrent with 60 days to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation. Eck was also ordered to have no contact with the victim and pay fines totaling $1,250.
Donald Creightney plead guilty to fraud charges and was sentenced to three years probation and restitution fees equaling $17,783.44.
Aruntes M. Hunter plead guilty to possession with intent to distribute charges and was sentenced to 10 years probation with credit for time served. Hunter was also ordered to complete substance abuse treatment, pay $1,000 with credit for monies already paid and to obtain a high school degree.
Richard Eugene Deal plead guilty to burglary and was sentenced to 20 years with three years to be served confined and 17 years to be served on probation. Deal was also ordered to pay a total of $4,100 in restitution fees.
Bradley Allen Krekemeyer Sr. plead guilty to theft by deception and was cleared of criminal trespass charges and was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine. In a separate sentencing Krekemeyer plead guilty to possession of cocaine and was sentenced to six years probation and to pay a $1,500 fine.
Steven Allen Purgason plead guilty to failing to register as a sex offender and was sentenced to 10 years probation and to pay a $1,000 fine.
Steven B. Cruz entered a guilty plea of criminal trespass and was sentenced to six months confinement suspended upon six months in-patient treatment concurrent to probation revocation.
Allen Brantley Duncan plead guilty to possession of marijuana, reckless driving and driving without a license charges and was cleared of weaving out of roadway and crossing the guard line with drugs. Duncan was sentenced to 12 months, 12 months community service and 12 months concurrent. Duncan was also ordered to obtain a GED, complete risk reduction/DUI and pay a total of $2,000 in fines.
Gary Lamont Milsap plead guilty to simple battery and was cleared of family violence simple battery charges and was sentenced to 12 months probation, no violent contact with victim and a $500 fee.
Brian Joshua Hickman plead guilty to DUI less safe and was cleared of failure to dim headlights and no license on person charges. Hickman was sentenced to 12 months probation with 24 hours credit for time served. Hickman was also ordered to attend DUI school and pay $750.
Curtis Jackson plead guilty to battery charges and was cleared of family violence battery charges and was sentenced to 12 months probation, no violent contact with victim and to pay $500.
Corey Wayne Criswell plead guilty to two counts of family violence battery charges and was cleared of simple battery charges. Criswell was sentenced to 12 months probation and 12 months community service, no violent contact and two $500 fines.
James Bradley Boykin plead guilty to two counts of family violence battery and was cleared of simple battery charges. Boykin was sentenced to 12 months probation, 12 months concurrent, treatment for drugs and alcohol and $1,000 in fines.
Tammie Eudine Jones negotiated a guilty plea of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine.
Cesar Bernardo Chacon plead guilty to two cruelty to children in the 3rd degree charges and was cleared of battery, family violence simple battery and one count of cruelty to children in the 3rd degree. Chacon was sentenced to 12 months probation and 12 months community service and two $500 fines.
John Carlo Segovia plead guilty to no insurance charges and was cleared of unregistered vehicle charges and was sentenced to 12 months probation concurrent to a separate sentencing in which Segovia plead guilty to a suspended license and was sentenced to 12 months probation concurrent to another sentencing in which Segovia plead guilty to no insurance and was cleared of operating an unregistered vehicle. Segovia was also ordered to pay $1,750 in fines.
Roberto Barajas-Hernandez plead guilty of battery charges and was sentenced to 12 months probation, anger management classes and a $500 fine.
Keela Laraine Locklear plead guilty to DUI less safe and failure to stop at a sign charges and was cleared of failure to maintain lane and no license on person charges and was sentenced to 12 months probation, 12 months concurrent with 24 hours credit for time served, DUI risk reduction classes and $1,150 in fines.
Christopher Jackson plead guilty to obstruction charges and was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $300 fine.
Scott Eugene Day Jr. plead guilty to possession of marijuana under one ounce, suspended license and failure to maintain lane and was cleared of two counts of open container and was sentenced to 12 months probation, 12 months community service, 12 months concurrent and $1,700 in fines.
Ashley Pool Brewer plead guilty to DUI less safe charges and failure to maintain lane and was cleared of DUI child endangerment, UPA charges, improper transfer of tag and following too closely. Brewer was sentenced to 12 months probation and 12 months concurrent, DUI classes and $1,050 in fines.
Gregory Alan Jackson plead guilty to DUI and suspended license charges and was cleared of DUI less safe charges, no insurance charges and failure to stop charges. Jackson was sentenced to 12 months probation, 12 months concurrent to run consecutive to current probation sentence, a DUI course, $25 conviction fee and $1,700 in fines.
David Andrew Donnelly plead guilty to simple battery and disorderly conduct charges and was sentenced to 12 months probation, 12 months concurrent, no violent contact with victim and $500 in fines.
Jason Aaron Sanders plead guilty of attempting to obtain drugs by fraud and was sentenced to five years probation and $1,000 in fines.
Daniel Brock plead guilty to battery family violence and was sentenced to 12 months to serve concurrent with all other current sentences.
