Bradford Paul Redmond, 28, of Auburn, was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats after witnesses told police that he came out of his house with a knife in his hand as he walked towards his former tenant, Daniel Vick.
Reports state that Vick came back to the residence to pick up some of his belongings and that’s when Redmond came out with the knife in hand and began yelling "I’m going to cut you … I’m going to kill you."
Vick called police and upon arrival officers were unable to locate a knife on the property.
Due to witness accounts, Redmond was arrested on charges of making terroristic threats and was transported to the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office.
A warrant was signed and delivered to Redmond on March 18.
The following arrests were made:
The warrant arrest of Julie Ann Bennett, 39, of Sugar Hill
The warrant arrest of Rebecca Ann Blackwell, 38, of Lawrenceville
Chasity Nichole House, 18, of Auburn, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct
Kimberly R. Worley, 43, of Auburn, was arrested and charged wit driving on a suspended or revoked license and a warrant charge
Bobby Lee Stewart Jr., 22, of Auburn, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct
John Michael Mckeithan, 22, of Auburn, was arrested and charged with violation of license restrictions, failure to stop and possession of marijuana charges
Tiffany Nicole Tullis, 22, of Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, one count purchase/possess or have under control a controlled substance and one count original container charges
Jason Wayne Miller, 26, of Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats, two counts possession with intent to distribute charges, purchase/possess or have under control any controlled substance and original container charges
Joseph Larry Casper, 29, of Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with giving false information to police
A 15-year-old Appalachee High School student was arrested and charged with runaway charges and unruly juvenile charges. A court date is forthcoming in regards to the incident
Auburn Police responded to the following incidents:
An entering motor vehicle complaint at the Dollar General parking lot
A fraudulent attempt to obtain funds incident
A damage to property complaint
A harassment complaint in regards to a text message received about a gang initiation to be held in front of Wal-Mart on March 18, where three people would be killed.
The text message turned out to be a hoax and a report was written for information purposes to be filed.
